Micchami Dukkadam.
I’m sorry. Please forgive me.
It’s not about ‘please forgive me if I have…’
No. No ifs. I have done wrong by you in one way or another. And I’m sorry about that.
I recently realised that the process of forgiveness starts quite early.
It starts with Akash (from Andhadun)
The pianist may appear to be blind to the world (and it’s faults), but in reality he can see everything – the good, the bad.
He simply chooses to ignore to see the bad. Can we not do it, too?
If not Akash, then Sanjay (from Ghajini)
Sanjay Singhania has a brilliant superpower: he can forget.
Even if we see someone’s faults/ bad behaviour, let’s implement the ‘short term memory loss protocol’ and forget it. Why let the past ruin our peace of mind?
And Sid is always alternative
If you can’t ignore others or forget them, it’s alright.
You can realise that you have the potential to be much more and use your time productively.
Nothing is stopping you and me from turning our lives around.
So let’s transform ourselves. Because then, there will be nothing to forgive.
Just constant mental peace and happiness.
