Even if you’re feeling half as overwhelmed as I am, it must be pretty shaking. The negative information floating around in the media and the uncertainty sucked me into the downward spiral.
That brings me to the next point: what the hell should I do to feel better?
Thanks to many friends like you, who keep reminding me that it is just a phase and things will get better. As of now, we take one step at a time. Live one day and one task. And most importantly: keep breathing.
I can’t even imagine how effective it has been. Focussing on the breath takes away worry from the future and calms you so much better.
